In
the evening at the coffee shop, Indah meet her friend from college and then
they have talking about Ika’s business.
Indah :
Hey, Ika! Long time no see! How are you?
Ika :
Hi Indah I’m very fine, how about you?
Indah :
I’m fine too. Thank you. I hear your
shoes painting business has been successfull now.
Ika : Yeah.. like to hear you, my business has been quite successful.
Indah : Wow really exciting! Can you tell me the story of your
success, Ika?
Ika :
Well, before my business goes this big, I also experienced hard times. At the first
time starting out my shoes painting, my factory where I made the shoes painting
was in my own house’s. I did everything by myself. After that, I try to promote it brochures
and leaflets.
Indah : And then… What happened next?
Ika
:
I have a shoes painting
store. But at the beginning of the opening, very few customers that come. despite that,
I do not give up. I continued enthusiasm for
managing the shop.
Indah : I really like your spirit and
how is the next?
Ika :
Over time, many people began to like my painting shoes and I had a lot of customers that require additional
employees to manage
my business.
Indah :
Fantastic. you can feel what you get hard work
and what do you consider as the most
important thing in running your shoes painting business?
Ika :
Definitely, costumer’s satisfaction. I wouldn’t have run my business smoothly
if I belittled customer’s satisfaction. One satisfaction of a customer is
enough to attract other customers to come.
Indah

you build it?
Asti : Since april 2013 when I got a lot orders from many
customers.

with others?
Asti : I manage the store to
join with my friends. Because I’m still new in managing
my store. And I don’t know how to manage it.
Ika : What is the
name of friends who

Asti : His name is Andi Prawoto. He
is humble and not a famous person.
Ika : How do you meet him?
Asti : I meet him at business workshop at Jakarta Convention
Center.
Indah : How can you
collaborate together?
Asti : He offered me to join for expanding his business through my online
store.
